@The Punisher, I think you missed something. In my first comment I said "c)I doubt Filoni would even agree" (implying that he'd probably not agree to replace KK). In your reply you said: "c) Sae aas "b" (plus that's up to DF)" (i.e. is irrelevant). That's what I was saying in my previous message.

@The Punisher, my points were not necessarily connected to each other. Also, if Filoni doesn't want to be in charge, it is quite relevant. You can't obey a person to run your company or a department thereof, if they don't want to. And threatening to fire them will not only not make them obey, it will give them the right to sue you. But anyway, this discussion is pointless, KK got the job, and it doesn't look like she'll go anywhere in the next few years, as sad as it is.

@The Punisher, that may be so, but: a) Lucas was younger, so he had more time to learn; b) Lucas doesn't decide anymore, so it's up to Disney's board of directors or whoever; c) i doubt Filoni would even agree.

It's this kind of stuff that makes me glad i live in Europe and that they do things differently here. Sure, American culture is global and all, but at least it doesn't feel like a world war out here.

I meant doing something actually big, like starting up a fan riot in Disney HQ, or something, since petitions obviously don't work for shit.

Not sure about significance (not even in SW' case), but Marvel is in the same boat, and plenty of other franchises and companies that get bought by Disney every day. You're exagerating a bit with the 'treasure built on' part, methinks. But yeah, Disney's a fucking villain!
