      You got me there. Well, let's just say that I never like to use someone else's work. People who port things are usually quite good in what they're doing and they need to model or texture sometimes so yeah, I can't say that it's for amateurs or anything, cause it's not.

      Well yeah, but you could argue that it's creativity that separates an artist from a machine. Porting a model into another game would be just as artistic as making a original model with fresh textures, me thinks. I think we the reason we praise modelers over porters is because it's much easier to port a model into a game, then create one from scratch. But I think we all need to keep in mind that there's no artistic scale. Both are equal, artistically.
