I would have to disagree with Circa, though. Just because something is successful doesn't mean its good.

Good is completely subjective. But clearly if he's successful, someone (a lot of people) think he's good. Doesn't mean you have to think as such.

Good points. I think most "popular" music is said to be popular in order to get people to listen to it.
