  1. Are you referring to me @@Circa?

I assure you this isn't my doing. This is a SUGGESTION thread, after all. Maybe they're friends from that Order of Revan clan on MBII or something. Maybe they just really like Revan. I'm a little bummed @@Thraxus disregarded Bane, but I don't care too much about this thread seeing as no one's going to do anything with it. @@DT85 already made a Savage Opress (w00t, lemme put on my fun hat!), so what else could I want at this point? Revan has cool armor and all, but I'm not going to keep begging after a new model when I already have a decent frankenstein @@DarthDementous and I put together.

As for accounts... meh, check the IPs if you want. You won't find anything wrong. I'm a little disappointed you think so little of me. ._.

  2. SWU published an article about the leaked photos of the new Inquisitors in Season 2. While there is difficult to say anything about the Male Inquisitor, there's been many rumors regarding the female one. CJ-eQ5VUYAASXMz-horz.jpgread more

I'll be pissed if that female is not Barriss. I think it is, though. Maybe her facial patterns just changed with her dark transformation or something. At least she's not an ugly female villain, though. Sweet.

  3. George's writing made Anakin look like a whiny bitch in EP3.* Actually, the same can be said for the other two prequels.

Hayden's a fine actor, though I do agree the TCW voice actor had a way more fitting voice. But I wouldn't sh!t on Hayden just because he was caught in the cloud of George's ability to piss off Star Wars fans with bad ideas and scripts and everything. Ewan McGregor acted just as badly in some of the same scenes. If I went by your logic completely, then that means Ewan McGregor should be replaced too.

Besides, Shaw basically represents a dying Vader. Hayden was the actual Anakin Skywalker, the Jedi Knight. It's what he looked like when he was a Jedi; a good person, at least.

  4. Well, Siege of Lothal was mind-numbingly enjoyable until I watched the Vader vs. Kanan/Ezra fight again. There were so many ways Vader could've won/killed the rebels:

    • Vader should've just blown everyone off the platform with the Force.
    • When Darth Vader picks up Kanan, he should've just stabbed him.
    • He should have Force crushed Ezra's throat.
    • He should have ripped Ezra's saber out of his hand and impaled him.
    • He should have cut Ezra's head off when he overpowered his blade quite easily.
    • When the walkers fall on Vader, he should have hurled them at the rebels in front of him instead of dropped them behind him.
    • When Sabine fires on Vader, he should've just deflected the shots into Kanan and Ezra.
    • When Sabine fires on Vader, he could've hit Chopper (who was trying to control the ship) and caused a malfunction, which would cause them to crash with members of the Ghost crew falling out of the open entrance simultaneously in mid-"flight."

Plot convenience cannot atone for this, damnit!

  5. They should have used Vader's voice actor from TFU though. James Earl Jones sounds a bit off right now. I'm hoping it'll be one of those things where Dave Filoni uses the actual actor of the character for its first appearance and uses someone even better later. I think he did that with Mace and Dooku for TCW.

I don't think the Force choking thing is really dependent on emotions or alignment to the Force, actually. You could call it Force Crush if you wanted. Even Mace Windu used it (though uncanonically, the point still stands) to crush Grievous's throat, and then there's Luke, who Force choked two Gamorreans as soon as he walked into Jabba's Palace. And Ahsoka Force choked a Trandoshan, as well.

    As Kyle Katarn would say:

"Remember: abilities are not inherently good or evil, it's how you use them."

  7. I think Rebels' storytelling ability is hindered by the fact that it's always going to be told from the point of view of the Ghost Crew. While that can be fine in some instances, it's a shame that we're not going to actually see a different side to the story. In The Clone Wars, we learned a bit more about how the Separatists are patriots and the Jedi are the ones responsible for the war. But now, it almost seems like Dave didn't learn anything from directing The Clone Wars. It was a long tale with several elements and experiences, and in this way, it actually developed the characters more.

I feel like instead of directing a fanfiction about concept art rebels coming to life, it should have been about the rise of the Empire, incorporating elements from Battlefront 2, TCW, Republic Commando, TFU, and such. This story should have began with the Empire grasping galactic powers via conquest, passion, genocide, and using the immorality that is supposed to make the Empire actual bad guys.

But instead, a few rebels and a bunch of citizens are unhappy just because a bunch of stormtroopers are doing their duty. If the entire galaxy is angry at the Empire, why did they even go for Palpatine's idea of creating a new galactic empire? In fact, with this Rebels storyline (it seems EU is irrelevant at this point, so you can't really use any logic to make a point against this statement), they're literally just trying to maintain a secure society. If a couple of hippies are going to start raiding shit and making fun of the Empire because they like to live life like it's a harmonious jungle, can you really blame Vader for wanting to have Lothal burned for harboring a bunch of insurgents?

I only don't condone destroying farms and booting people over to Tarkin Town, but would it really be so hard to make a different living? Lothal's surface needs to be spared of any outsider activity because an Imperial operation (the Death Star) is obviously taking shape. Boohoo. You guys had it coming for voting for it in the first place. And obviously, building a career as an Imperial officer is risky business (considering you'll get beheaded for failure.) But they should've known the risks of failure. I sincerely doubt that this hasn't happened before. If you're a relative of an executed officer, can you really hold it against the Empire if they decided to pursue that career?

Honestly, it's a restricted area. Just move along. And why can't you register trade with the Empire? You have nothing to hide unless it's illegal, mate.
