      What's ironic about these episodes is how Ahsoka saved Tarkin and Barriss's lives, and they BOTH turned against her in the same story.

      Barriss using bona isn't canon now. I checked the page and it WAS sent to her in expanded universe material (could tell by mention of the droid I-Five.) I don't think she's jealous of Ahsoka, either--she did save their lives but it was a team effort. Barriss was stronger than her too, given how she nearly destroyed her at the end of their duel--probably tactically as well.

       

      I guess the theory could work, but I don't think Barriss values greed and jealousy over her pa...

      I don't know what Tarkin can really do beyond imprison her (which is his job.) Someone (Barriss) Force choked her, and that's why she died. Tarkin just wanted someone to pay for sedition with their life--felt that someone needed to die to make the message clear, and all evidence pointed towards Ahsoka right before Anakin saved her.
