AuriusPheonix Posted December 23, 2017 Posted December 23, 2017 I am attempting to make a total conversion using custom assets and most to all of the replaced NPCs are invisible during cutscenes.

Sounds to me a bit like your model isnt either pointed correctly in the npc spawner. (I am gonna asume your model has an npc file)
AshuraDX Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Models that use different GLA's then the default _humanoid usually suffer from this issue. I don't think I've ever come across another cause for this problem
Tompa9 Posted January 8, 2018 Posted January 8, 2018 Some NPC´s could be scripted. We had same problems with in Movie Duels 2 - model was replaced but game still used previous folder. (for example we changed name of T-Anakin to anakin_ep3 but game still wanted T-Anakin). That could be maybe your problem. See console which errors it shows up. If there isn´t you maybe replaced something wrong
