Can ROQ's be mapped onto a texture (for skins)?

Is it possible to map an ROQ onto a texture for a skin either by having the .skin file point to it directly, or by doing it via a shader? Part of me seems to remember an ROQ being mapped on a texture for a saber blade, but can't really remember fully what it was.

And if you can, what shader stage keywords could you use/not use with it (if any)?

It is possible to have ROQ videos play on models - and pretty much anything else in the game. Try the shader 'textures/video/raven' for example and it'll play the Raven opening sequence. You can find the code for that video shader in one of the shader files (I can't remember which).
