What exactly is the problem you're having?

 

If it's to do with models not being positioned properly with misc_model_static or misc_model_breakable, do this:

 

1) make a misc_model

2) add the MD3 model you want

3) position it where you want

4) change the classname of misc_model to misc_model_static or misc_model_breakable depending on which one you want

 

This is what I do so I know precisely where to place models that do not shop up in the editor.
