Dusty Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 Just want to give the heads up^, that in SP at least, the NPC doesn't have to be an imperial. I know there's an npc in human_merc.npc that holds keys as well (perhaps any npc can). Link to comment
