Making Force .EFX files?

Howdy mates.

How do I go about making new .EFX files? What are the variables, how do I do? Is there any "manual" or tutorial about these things?
I'd like to change the look of force powers in MP for base JKA.

I don't know many details about force effects, but EffectsEd might be a good place to start. It can be found in the JA SDK. It's somewhat buggy, but it should be able to give you a decent starting point.
