Issue with custom soundpacks

I have recently came in possession of a few sounds from game League of Legends. Today when i converted them into mp3, everything was fine until i spawned a npc assigned with my custom soundpack. Unfortunatley just after npc spawned, a message appeard saying:

MP3ERR: Source file is not sampled @ 44100!(sound/chars/x/x.mp3). Is it possible to fix it?

Not sure how to go about with other audio programs, but if you're using Audacity, simply open up the .mp3 file, set the Project frequency (bottom left) to 44100, then export as .mp3.
