You can just swap the textures from the base Jedi Academy model to do that.

In the pk3-file from you I have some .jpg, one .skin, one .glm and one .cfg-file

What do I have to do to swap those textures?

Yep just swap the textures

1- open the texture you want from the "imperial" model in base with MS paint or whatever program

2-copy the texture and paste it into the matching texture in the imperial trenchcoat pk3

3- Done
