How did you get the 'floating sabers' mod to work? It always crashes for me because of texture incompatibility or something

I made an NPC and turned the Surf off for everything but the right hand.

Please note, that I cheated a bit with this (or else I would have released it) you will still see a hand on the saber. I know a way to fix it, and am currently working on this

Cheated how exactly?

Also, adding a transparent shader (forcefield, shield, force effect, hologram) to the hand would actually make it look like Traya's ghostly hand

That actually sounds like a pretty good idea, I could retexture the hand tonight.

In the screenshot was still when I had obviously visible hands on the sabers. You can't see them because of how dark it is. Hence how I cheated lol

Probably surface, which in the specific case most likely refers to a single mesh of the whole model.
