How do I make an invincible NPC?

I know Desann in the opening of Jedi Outcast was unkillable, and Boba Fett is in Jedi Academy. Is there someway I can make an NPC like this?

You can probably via scripting. Try using this mod here, follow its directions and use the undying runscript. That's what Boba Fett and Desann used.
