Yes it does look awesome! I don't do shaders so much really. I do recall however that @Rooxon has put a shader up a really decent shader tutorial on though.

how do i get this to spawn in-game? i added the ext_data>npcs>stormtrooper.npc to the .pk3 and just replaced the name of the .npc to imperialtrooper.npc and changed the playermodel name to imperialtrooper but cant get it to spawn, can anyone help?
