I was wishing Snyder would do Transformers and Star Wars.

BTW, I'm not even a Superman fan and I loved the movie.

Because the movie stands out for itself. Replace Superman with another character and it's a good movie all the same. What I really liked is that you don't see Superman doing police work. He only does things someone out of this world can do and that really puts him on the right perspective. Let Batman do the police work, he's good at that.

Agreed with everything you said. I was bulking up to be like Thor, but Cavill put him to shame.
