  1. So I've converted ALL of JKA's GLA (no jitter & all 5 fingers and 2 toes added back) to a CS biped. I wonder how much will need to be tweaked for transferring the animations to a biped with different proportions....

      Hmm, maybe there is a way, I know in Softimage you can use MOTOR to do this so maybe Max has some way to do it. You just flag all the major controllers like foot roll for instance on both rigs and it transfers. The problem you may find is that the rig isn't animated in your scene, the bones are, the rig is what needs to have the animation info, not the bones that deform the model.

      Yeah I know Max CAT can do it, but I don't think biped can. At least though with biped, the controllers are the bones themselves so I wouldn't have the issue you mentioned with MOTOR.
