I made the model's outfit!

I finished the model but I didn't use the rorschach body because I don't know how to do it in Blender.

How do I import models to Blender?

@@AshuraDX There seem's to be a problem the head is weird I wanted my head ported to the rorschach body But Something appears to be wrong..
