    Anyone knows of a good non-conductive liquid? I thought about making a submerged desktop PC.

      Oil, turbochargers are oil cooled and they get WAY hotter than PC's.

      Make a fish tank as big as you PC. Put you PC inside to protect it from the water. Then submerge the whole thing.
