Is windows 8/8.1 actually worse than 7 in any way? Or do people just pooh-pooh it because it was designed for mobile?

It really doesn't offer a huge improvement in gaming over Windows 7.

I don't think it's performance is any better than 7's in any other way than boot time, and if there is, it's so small it's not worth mentioning.

Anyways, didn't think Good ol' Windows was best.
