I'm announcing, privately, that I think finishing (HS's and IB's) Leia Organa will be my last JKHub modding project. Despite its popularity, Star Wars has devolved from space opera to soap opera (in my eyes) over the last couple of years, and it has lost me. I will be turning my focus away from Star Wars, and onto my own personal projects.

"Last JKHub modding project", not "last time I log on to JKHub". I'm not planning to turn my back on the community, I have simply lost my fan drive, and therefore have not much interest in the coming Star Wars, or even taking part in SW content and debates anymore. (My fandom is what motivated me to create SW content, and take part in discussions, and now it's gone.) I'm effectively retiring after Leia.

I've had many creative plans, but the scene has changed so much and so quickly that none of them have meaning now. What's the use in a bounty hunter Asajj Ventress, or a realistic Barriss Offee, a Clone Wars campaigns mod, or stories about a changing Anakin, and Adventures in the Coruscant Underworld? Everything's about the latest explosions on the scene, now, and that scene is changing yearly. Gone are the days when SW content lasted a decade at least. I see no incentive to make...

Yes, motivation, or, rather, inspiration is the crisis for me... I'm just not feeling it lately at all... There has been nothing in Star Wars to inspire me to create -- no great characters, no great stories. And with the fashion in which things are going, I realise this is not likely to change. Even the OT films are starting to feel trivial now, thanks to all the unnecessary filler content from the prequels/sequels/spin-offs that has changed my perspective on them...
