Pretty much. Which is what makes him a fascinating character. Because he is not without morals, but he is able to set aside his sense of ideal right and wrong, and treat things from a practical perspective. This makes him a unique Star Wars hero, somewhat akin to Han Solo, but quite different in his own way. This perspective allows him to treat the two sides of the Force with the same indifference as well, later, but ultimately to serve the more productive of the two.

That's a hell-of-a more character depth than what Jyn receives in Rogue One, and we're talking about a video game character. Just saying...
