Wow man, thats actually a interesting idea. That way players cant tell what is what. haha, sweet idea man. But of course just in case someone doesnt know, i will be texturing and lighting this map.

So anyone remember that part after you leave the tunnel and you come to the bridge to cross the river/stream? I am having trouble making the bridge, because clipping on brushes that are diagonal are impossible. Rotating it won't work either, nor will moving the vertices. So any tips are welcome. I will just let someone download the level and do that part for me, because I will tear my hair out. Or if someone will be happy to make a model, though I don't see how one can line it up perfectly.

So i have been messing around with doing some lighting and such. Of course this was just a test and not how the lighting will end up looking. But i just wanted to see what it looked like with it, i think it makes the level actually look a lot better. I guess that makes sense. So far i have began work on the part where you cross the bridge, i'm still working on the bridge.

By the end of this weekend i hope to atleast be half way done with the level, ill post a video on Sunday or Monday. Been a bit busy lately, hopefully i can get some more stuff done soon.

Haven't done too much work lately but so far i am about to get started on the city area outside of the tunnel. its coming along nicely.

Ok, haha awesome man. I have been reading a few tutorials on shading so now i understand it a lot more. I still gotta see what weapons you start with in barons hed.

Actually i think Telltale Games may have some rights, and i think Disney now controls the rights to every single Lucasarts title. So as for now, i think im just gonna skip over it. Instead ill just put some ammo or shields in that room.

So this morning i have gotten all the way up to the beginning of the little city area when you get out of the tunnel. Just need to finish the secret little tunnels in the water near the end of the tunnel. First off i was just thinking about what should i do with the Max reference? Should we put this in the mod? My main concern is that, can we get in trouble using Max? Cause we dont own rights to that stuff and all. Secondly while i consider myself an above average mapper, i have never actually messed around too much with scripts and shaders. Like i need some help on how to spawn only with the certain weapons. Which if i remember correctly its the Lightsaber(Green), Pistol, E11, Thermals, and the Bowcaster? not sure right now, im gonna fire up DF2 later today and see what weapons you have up till that point. So yeah i need some help with that simple stuff.

That does look nice, but the one DT is doing fits more. Too much green in my opinion. But that is awesome nonetheless.

So here is all the work i have gotten done, almost to the start of the little town/city area. Still have to finish the canals a little more. Also remember that the TEXTURES are only PLACEHOLDER and do NOT in anyway show how the final product will be. (Also i did notice the minor brush error in the inner canal area where the sky was seeable) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYV7i1wPmDo&feature=youtu.be Also what do you think about the last room i show off, i changed it to be more open and so less cramped like in DF2. Should i keep it the same but make it seem less larger, or should i emulate the original even more.

Yeah i do that too, i copied all of the JKO textures, then i renamed them all by simply adding JKO_ in the beginning of their name.
