  1. As you may know, I've started to port rend2 from MP to SP. Special thankyou to Xycaleth for all of his assistance. Here's what's not working that I know of: - Textures for item/weapon spawns crash the game I will post any updates here.
  2. I've fixed misc_model_ghoul to play animation with the option to loop & set a skin file.

  4. So after having a dive into the source code dump of JKA and noticed widescreen code for Xbox, I figured hey! let's do widescreen support! Now before anyone yells: zomg you ported illegal codez! No, I didn't. I've taken the idea of what was done for Xbox and applied it using a cvar. It's basically a long list of "if (cg_widescreen.integer)" all throughout cg_draw. This is at 1280x720 resolution. As you can see, the HUD is stretched. Now I turn on cg_widescreen... (yes I know I need to lose the force number, ignore that)

  6. I've added stencil shadow support for misc_model_ghoul & misc_model_static.
  7. Viewmodels can now use ghoul2 animation, all thanks to eezstreet. So what does this mean? This means we can now have detailed animations for our first person guns.
  8. When you are near an ally, you can order them to attack an enemy NPC using the USE key. The dialogue played is based on the distance from the ally to the enemy, and the enemy's relative direction to the ally (if they are behind them, Kyle will shout "Behind you!" etc) Allies will also do the same, and you will receive a damage bonus vs called-out enemies. Here's a picture of a Gran which I've marked out for Lando to attack. Side note: it looks like he's picked up a Bowcaster, which is better than what he had before (a blaster rifle).
