This is a great skin, Langerd

It just feels off if she's a female. Come on.

Y'aller bunch of darn pessimists. @@Circa possesses a beautiful soul.

@@IrocJeff Which TFA trailer you referring to?

YES! Rebels is going to be 10x better! Ahsoka Tano may have a more prominent role.Captain Rex is back, but not as a soldier within the Empire, and he's going to fight with the rebels. :>Did you guys see Hondo Ohnaka too? Yes, yes, yes...Two new Inquisitors. Sick. I bet that female Inquisitor is Barriss Offee. It's not impossible. Dave Filoni said he still had plans for her character. Maybe she fell to the dark side completely now.Darth Vader is going to change the scale of villainy.I heard Palpatine's voice. Did you guys see Zeb holding a clone trooper's minigun? Mm...Darth Vader is going to dominate Kanan and Ezra. I can tell.No words for my impatience here. I'm very excited.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: Battlefront are going to be revolutionary for what they are in cinema and gaming. I can just tell they're going to top everything else. Star Wars will rule the world again. I'm really pleasantly surprised by this Battlefront reveal trailer. God damn, those graphics! It looks like a film, it's hard to believe this was all made out of a computer and this is what the game will actually look like when I play. This is even better than those SWTOR/TFU2 cinematic trailers. Imagine all the wicked machinimas players will be making. Maybe I'll set up my own. :> Also, I really look forward to all the gameplay features that have been confirmed to be added, like third person and heroes, etc. I think DICE will actually make this a real Battlefront, and in a way like never before. I'm very excited. EDIT: Suck on that, Call of Duty! GG

Sigh. If a rebellion story was going to involve Ahsoka, they should have maintained a timeframe close to after she left the Jedi Order and stuck to her current character. I thought she was a vast improvement (mid-way season 3 to season 5), considering I used to want to hit her in the face with a rusty bandsaw every time she made a noise (in the movie to mid-way season 3), and after she matured, it was a greater sign of potential and composure and such and I genuinely appreciated her character and her role in things. I'm not sure how to feel about her being what she is now, but meh. But hey, I guess it can't hurt to have this, now, can it? Whether or not her involvement is now a good and appreciable or bad and disappointing idea depends on how she's put to use, but this looks very promising. It's the main reason I look forward to Season 2. :>

Why is Finn so god damn sweaty? He's going to be sweating through the whole movie. -

...If they're referring to the Falcon, how would that make sense? Why would they leave their prized ship behind for such a long time and come back to it later? Isn't it Han's pride and joy? I doubt he'd ever decide to ditch it for a while. And Corellia... meh. Not as nostalgic, and I don't see why Corellia would be Chewie's home. I still think/hope it's Tatooine, I don't see what else they'd want to call home. -

I'm pretty sure he was referring to Tatooine, where their story began. Also, this trailer is awesome for so many reasons. Feeling a LOT of hype. -
If Cerez planned on doing something like that, I'd be happy to provide design ideas (though it's really his choice, not going to insert myself into his project.) Speaking of provisions, I'd be happy to set up sounds, @@Cerez.

That would look WAY better for Ahsoka's face, IMO. Good eye. EDIT: And damn, she is cute. Where did you find that pic, anyway? I've been searching for TCW lookalikes for ages and this is the best real Ahsoka possible, I think.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXck6jaN5Z8 Sorry, but... am I the only one who finds this unacceptable? :3 I mean, you really have to draw the line at moments like 0:56. ._.

One thing I don't like about Rebels is that it doesn't really seem as dark as it should in the days of the Empire. TCW captured that feeling perfectly in the Temple Bombing arc, and the Empire wasn't even official yet even though you could tell it was headed in that direction with the way the Jedi were helpless to control the system, the clones were becoming colder, Tarkin spearheaded an imposition, the prison dungeon & the courts looked a bit more like the Death Star, and so on. With Rebels, it's just kind of silly. EDIT: For some reason, they turned the Empire into a huge joke. I find it... regrettable.

I don't understand the lightsaber fighting in Rebels. I mean, it just seems like they're gently tapping/twiddling sticks and trying to look cool sometimes.

https://youtu.be/HE9pbP8tNck?t=25s ...Jesus... All joking aside though, all I've been able to tell from this thread is that @@minilogoguy18, @@AshuraDX, @@DT85, and @@eezstreet have given you very helpful compliments, suggestions, references, tips, and criticism. I understand we all, at one point, have this box in our brain where we store all of those things and transform the amount--rather than the value--into something frightening, deadly, big. I can't tell if you've actually read all those things they posted. They're actually quite helpful and politely conveyed if you pay attention. I don't exactly see any reason to turn one-man army on everybody who's tried to help you. You just have to accept that you're not perfect at what you're doing--hell, no one is. People like DT85 and AshuraDX are definitely very experienced, and instead of shutting out their attempts to help you, you should take them into consideration. I won't lie, I noticed you liked DT85's last comment, and I also noticed that it probably had the most silver-platter treatment of any comment in this thread. Take Chalklyne's Starkiller model thread, for example. He put up with 20+ pages of far more overwhelming comments and such, but he never gave up. He was very calm and understanding. Did you see him rage at a single person? You, on the other hand, are making a huge deal over a few neutral and helpful comments. You certainly have a right to be proud of this model, but you shouldn't take this pride at absolute face value and hold it in higher regard than anything else. Otherwise, your success might go nowhere fast. Cerez, you're pretty nice to me, and for that I thank you. But to be honest, you should be the one apologizing to everyone. I know where you've been by experience and as someone who has been in your shoes (in a sense), I suggest you calm down, learn to appreciate others, accept the fact that there's greater things in your profession than pride, and grow into a blossoming example for others. EDIT: Why did you even make this thread if you don't want people to pass judgment?

This can only go right if Darth Vader kills her. I like her, but she has to die if she's returning. I wouldn't mind seeing this version of her die anyway.

This Rebels rant is freakin' amazing. rofl Can't say I blame him. http://pastebin.com/jB5KfSbt

If my image were an animated version, her eyes would be huge, the proportions of her face wouldn't be nearly as human, and the eyelashes wouldn't look real. That WAS a realistic take. It's quickly obvious.
-
I was expecting her to look like this: http://ahsoka114.deviantart.com/art/Ahsoka-Tano-321374556 At least face-wise.
-
I'm inclined to agree with @, personally.
-
It'd probably be easier to accept if they bothered developing some actual backstory for her, but oh, that task falls to me. Wupdeedo. They should have just used the TCW future Ahsoka we see on Mortis.
-
The main good I see of Ahsoka coming back in Rebels, I suppose, is the fact that she and her former Master will re-acquaint, but on opposing sides. Honestly though, if her story were to continue, I don't think it should have happened right here. In fact, they should have started in 18 BBY, where the Rise of the Empire begins after Order 66 and the Seps/Kaminoan remnants have been wiped out. It'd be cool if she had visited Dantooine or something, meditating for clarity, and meanwhile... Gregor is still out there, and he used to serve under Obi-Wan in the Clone Wars (the battle of Saresh being a specific example.) What if he was making his way in the galaxy and trying to find another way to survive and perhaps make a living? Maybe he'd end up on Tatooine eventually and after he gets an apartment or something, Obi-Wan might show up and propose that he help Gregor find passage to Dantooine for a new ally and a new goal of rebellion before the Imperial quarantine (which would be in place as Republic Commandos are sent to hunt down the renegade marked by Palpatine) finds him first. For the first time, we would have seen Obi-Wan and a Republic Commando fighting the Empire (sounds badass, right?) and after all the action, Gregor would manage to get to Dantooine. When he gets there, he finds Ahsoka at the long-beholden ruins of the Jedi Enclave. Suppose she'd be in... an almost primitive sort of guise. Like a Togruta hunter. Maybe a less slutty version of Shaak Ti's TFU outfit. Gregor and Ahsoka. Potent pair-up, right? Suppose by this point, she's kind of like Revan. A person of clarity; a person willing to embrace a larger view of things. A person who had the right wisdom and perception to leave her Master before she became a pawn of the dark side within the Clone War and its end. A person who sensed the true darkness would unfold at some point, and knew that her final experiences with the Jedi Order were merely the beginning of something that would occur, in only a matter of time. This is not to say she wouldn't have the same personality, but she'd be even wiser by this point. (Not necessarily cryptic like her lines to Ezra in Rebels.) Just throwing ideas out there. I might write a fanfiction.

I know right? I was really puzzled. It just... ugh. Ahsoka isn't attractive anymore. She suffered from the Satele Shan disease. The patterns on her lekku and face are rather ridiculous. On the Rebels design, suddenly they're crazy and jagged like lightning bolts. I don't mind seeing silver sabers, but something just feels off about Ahsoka using them.
-
Oh whoa. This was unexpected. I look forward to seeing it released. I just knew it was Ahsoka when I saw Cerez posted a topic called A Certain Togruta. This is pretty cool.
