Yeah, Castlevania is my back yard, so I'm all for providin' feedback on this thang. One small thing I kept encountering: A very common place error I kept running into was this: GL_INVALID_VALUE in file tr_ext_framebuffer .c:350. Not sure if this problem was localized strictly to me, so if anyone else can confirm, feel free.
Starting out, I just kinda went willy-nilly about the castle from where I started in the courtyard. First interior was that large empty room with the fireplace. First thing I would recommend is replacing that fireplace texture, as it sticks out like a sore thumb. Second, you could afford to expand it to at least balance out the room a bit. Castle fireplaces are usually huge anyway.
I ran through the door to the upper catwalks or whatever and heard rain. Weird, considering I couldn't hear it from the bottom Once I got into the Clocktower, t'was very nice, and I appreciate the grandfather clock noise, f'sho. If you spruced up that room, I can see that being like Death's parlour or something.
That portrait to the Master's Chamber was a bit odd, and while I'm on the subject, I know there's practically no rules to Castlevania's actual form, but I figure it's worth saying that the Master's spire is usually a very definitive structure, usually being mostly all turret, and having very little spire to support it. Not really a bug, just nerding out. The inside of the chamber itself was actually quite impressively balanced. I'd just say do something about the black ceiling and there's not much else I can recommend changing.
There's probably 180,000+ things I could suggest, but it's your work, and not mine. Suffice it to say, I do like where you're going. It's definitely a more elegant Castlevania, looking like it's calling off of the N64vania or god forbid, that 3D rendering in SOTN that looked like anal vomit. Either way, I do hope you pick back up on this project I wish I could friggin pitch in myself, since I'm a raging Castlevania-holic, but 'tis too late for me XD
Anywho, two cents input, I'm done.

Reminds me of Rhodok weaponry. This pleases me.

Very interesting weapon. Combined with your choice of using the flechette as the base replacement and the general appearance of the weapon, it makes me think I have an old lever action shotgun in my inventory. No replacement sounds, which kinda made me said, but I guess that's really not that big of a deal.
Still think this looks like it could replace the blaster pistol, and maybe even E-11. All in all, good lookin' model from a beast modder.

Silence, unwashed MUG! Reviews help modders gain perspective on their work. No self-respecting JK site should be wiffout 'em.
Also, really digging what you have so far judging solely by those screenshots. I read Szico's review, and I think you're definitely in good hands on that one. I hope there's moar awesome Castlevania-related stuff on the horizon.
