    Anyone play Quake with the Darkplaces engine? This is pretty good.

      Its fantastic. I didn't know it's open source now and while doing a search for quake 4 I stumbled upon it. Then, found the Darkplaces engine on a "how to install " site. Couldn't be happier. Way better than Chocolate Doom.

      I also discovered KM Quake2 about 10 minutes ago. I still have my orginal disc sitting here so I'll give that a whirl one day.
