      your using an controller emulator, Here I was under the assumption you just took a 360 wired, plugged it in, and used the official drivers, apon research though Spior, it seems newer released of x360ce have bugs in them and don't work properly, and for further reference, are you in XP? or win7?

      Aha, now I remember.

      x360ce takes a controller input and maps it to XInput channels. Commonly, this is used to map PS3 controllers so that they work with games that use XInput (so UE3 powered games, OpenJK, etc).

       

      San Andreas does not accept input via XInput (only DirectInput/Native Windows), so you have to use MotionInJoy (I think?) to map it to buttons on the keyboard.
