Slanith Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 I've been trying to frankenstein one of the few shirtless models I've found on here (both in the Monks pack and the Beachtrooper pack), but when I try to open up either of these within modview, or even Blender, I get this sort of error: Like I said, this error even happens in Blender.I'm fairly new to frankensteining, and I can't figure this one out. Anyone have any tips or suggestions? Or perhaps know of a different shirtless model that I haven't found yet (with no body hair)?I'm trying to do this for JKJA, and I found said files in the downloads for JKJA on this site.
Ramikad Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 The error showing 72 bones probably means that the model is rigged to the JK2 skeleton. You should import the model with the _humanoid skeleton from JK2.
Slanith Posted February 2, 2017 Author Posted February 2, 2017 Doing that worked... Is there any way to bring parts of these models off of JK2 and onto that used by JKJA?
Kualan Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 This should help: https://jkhub.org/topic/8356-loading-jk2-models-in-blender/?p=120232
