How to get lightning fx to work with a single character?

I have purple lightning, I want that one character to have purple lightning, and everyone else to have normal lightning.

 

How would I go about doing that?

Yeah, it was your Lightning mod I downloaded, and I'm trying to get purple lightning to work with Seven's Hoth Stalker model.

Easiest way is to make a new force power in code

Or replace the lighning .efx with a blank one and add in the lightnnig effect via animevents files
