I think something like in this video at the 0:06 mark to the 0:16 mark  

 

It would make the lightning sound more visceral than it does in the vanilla game.

A mod like this has been made many years ago, with the sounds as heard in the video. But the downside was that they have been recorded from

Episode II and they were badly edited so that you could still hear some unwanted sounds (e.g. the first seconds when Yoda blocks the lightning).

 

If someone could use the sounds from the video to replace the standard sounds of the game, that would be great.

How would someone go about doing this? I don't know anything about modding but I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to do. Just get the sound and some how get it to replace the default sound.
