I think it has to do that you can get this armor in SWTOR and probably get malgus lightsaber

It looks like Malgus' Saber but it's not. Malgus has those guards going up each side of the blade, the one depicted only has it on one side. It's only a concept so it's not perfect

It was originally made by @@Jeff, and the saber was made by Rooxon.

 

Its ported directly from his appearance in-game as a ghost on Yavin IV, and not of his armor on a player-character.
