Damage effect for like in Dark Forces 2!

Hello guy, i just wanted to say that i'm a big fan of Dark Forces 2 - Jedi Knight and Mots so i wanted to ask if one of you guys could make a damage effect similar to JK1 for flesh and shield damage, Jedi Academy is becoming a bit too easy for me so i would like that extra shock effect when the enemy lands a hit on me. I think it's possible to do this by editing the damage shader. Any help would be appreciated.
