What are some ideas you have for what JK3 could have been?

Here's mine:

Jedi Knight III: Jedi Master

 

* Follows the storyline of the Dark Side ending of JKA.

* You play as Kyle Katarn, pursing Jaden Korr, now known as Darth Tradent (Latin for Betray)

* To make sure that no version of Jaden is made canon, use a helmet that looks like a Grevious/Sith Stalker crossover

* The first level shows you what you can do with fully charged Force powers (A bit like that first level in TFU), but then Tradent uses a Scepter of Ragnos-like atrifact to drain your power.

* Now it's just you and your lightsaber against Tradent's forces.

Neat ideas! Sounds very similar to the premise of Jedi Betrayal, a (unfortunatly dead) fan-made JK4 mod.

These were all about Kyle Katarn. Jedi Academy took a brave leap away from the main character of the series, and I hated that.

The story is poor and doesn't really add anything to the series, bringing Luke to the series as Kyles best friend was also a bad idea.

 

IT'S  ALSO A BAD IDEA TO SPEAK ABOUT JK4 SINCE WE DONT EVEN HAVE A JK3 - THE OFFICIAL TITLE IS NOT JK3 AND IT SHOULD NOT BE CALLED JK3 ANYWHERE.

MAIN REASON FOR THIS CONFUSION IS THE WEBSITE jk3files.com - WHICH WAS THE MOST VISITED PAGE FOR DOWNLOADING MAPS AND SKINS FOR JEDI ACADEMY.

 

If there would ever be a new instalment to the series, I'd expect it be about Kyle Katarn. Jedi Academy was released over 10 years ago.

Development of games based on the Star Wars license will now be performed by Electronic Arts - and they are sooo main stream slaves.

Jedi Knight III: Mammal Behavior

 

Ever since the fall of the empire and the defeat of Desann, Tavion, Ragnos and all other who stood in the way of the jedi, Naboo has been filled with ducks. Kyle and Luke approve of the new immigrants but are pressured by the righteous democracy to set the universe back in order. Also there were lots of walking and talking horses, even some unicorns but the Jedi Masters would still not be convinced. Even Yoda thought action had to be taken. As a ghost.

As the complaints increase, and the ducks keep migrating, Kyle and Luke collectively decide to make a hoax Sith Lord more powerful than any of his predecessors, to give the world some perspective. They hope that the ensuing chaos will set the attention on a bigger threat.

Kyle discovers a duck walking on two legs whom they cannot understand, but seems willing to do anything. Kyle and Luke disguise this duck as their new hero Jedi Master and hope that if they could make it seem like the duck saved the world from complete destruction, the ducks would forever be left in peace and be welcome on Naboo.

 

Little did they know, and not much did they sense, that such a Sith Lord by name of Darth Distressus was already on the rise, and closer than they thought...
