Darth Tyranus - Ultimate

I really think someone should model or Frankenstein a realistic Darth Tyranus from Season 6 of the Clone Wars.

 

In the following images, you'll note he's wearing something that is kind of like a cool, extravagant vest or something. (Looks good on him, agreed!?) He also wears silver armor pads with certain feather-like designs on them. The buttons from his shoulderpads line up vertically down his shirt. And he has a harness affixed to left side of his trousers to hang his lightsaber on.

There's a Cartoon- ish  Dooku model included in that models pack above^ ...It may not be what you are lookin' for but it's close.

Now, here's the model without the cape.  Those shoulderpads can be painted on the skin, and with a specular shader it could work.
