Angel Soul
Hello folks, I've re-done the Team Icons in JKA, but I keep having one problem: There's no transparency in them. They're like in a black square.I don't get it... the standard JKA shader for this should work as well? O.o PLz to halp. Link to comment
Boothand
Are you using an alpha channel, and saved as .TGA?If not, the shader (if set up correctly) will treat black as 0% opacity and white as 100% in the alpha channel. Link to comment

It still messes up. Link to comment

Strangely, PhotoShop isn't saving my Alpha channels. I have CS 3. Do you know anything about this perhaps? SOLVED: Problem was that I *had* to save the .TGA files in 32bit. Not 24 or 16. Then the Alpha channel is saved. Boothand likes this Link to comment
