SP Lightsaber Styles in MP

Hi there,

 

i have a question conceirning the different styles ingame. As you may know you have 6 different lightsaber styles in Singleplayer  (with one lightsaber)

Is it possible to activate these 3 in Multiplayer?

3 Styles are damn boring.

6 styles with one saber? We got Yellow, Blue, Red, Cyan (Tavion) and Purple (Desann). That's not 6.

A lot of mods out there allow for use of the other 2 "boss" styles but the problem is that they're ridiculously overpowered so they're reserved for use by admins of the server. The Tavion style for instance can be chained indefinitely, does medium damage, you'd be lucky to block it 50% of the time,is very fast and has a high knock-back. The Desann style does high damage, has a high knock-back, it's unblockable, can be chained more than the medium stance and has the speed of the medium stance.

 

It takes absolutely no skill to use these styles, it will just make you a bad player because you'll get so used to them you wont be able to win without them.
 

Cheats need to be enabled to use them without being in some sort of mod like Lugormod for instance used to allow them if you leveled up your saber skills to level 4 or 5 but disabled them because it ruined the balance of the game.

how do i enable them on my server?

Is there any chance of activating them without enabling cheats -> for example seta g_lightsaberstyle 5

That would be a question answerable by whomever has experience with whatever mod you're running but if you're using baseJA then you'd probably have to enable cheats.

Your own server?

Go to the JKAHub Wiki and find the .Sab. DL a quick custom saber, add the styles, and add them to the server. Then use the said saber.

How do i add them too the server?

Put your new .sab file in ext_data/sabers in a new pk3, put it in your server's mod/base folder

I'm sorry, but can you do so that you can switch between all the styles sabers?
I mean as well as Fast, Medium and Strong with the middle mouse button for example? There are only 3: blue, yellow and red respectively ...

You could try out ForceMod 3 - Revenge of the Sith. If you play as "Jedi Aurorian" or "Sith Zealot" you can choose additional styles for your single saber. This includes, Desann's, Tavion's, Dual-, and Staff saber fighting style with your single saber!

saberStyleLearned  tavion
saberStyleLearned  desann
