GamerRedNeck Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago I just upgraded my monitor from 1920 x 1080 to a 2560 x 1440 resolution. Looks great, but Jedi Academy seems to be acting up. Running in OpenJK, the game's framerate constantly shifts from 175 down to 24 fps. The only fix I found was turning off dynamic glow, which I suppose is an option but it only works so well and doesn't stop all frame drops, which are still frequent. If anyone has any suggestions that doesn't require sacrificing something that worked fine on a lower resolution, I'd very much appreciate it.
Circa Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago That implies your system can't handle going higher than 1080p very well. What are the specs of your computer? Does it happen in other games as well? .!¡!. BASE OASIS • GALAXY BOUND // A STAR WARS PODCAST
