Prequel total conversion mod doesn't work with JA Enhanced

I figured it out, I had to put the .pk3 in the right place

The Prequel total conversion mod not working with JA Enhanced is a known compatibility issue. JA Enhanced modifies the game engine in ways that aren't always compatible with large mods like total conversions. You might need to use the base Jedi Academy executable or OpenJK instead. Also, make sure the mod files are correctly placed in the base or mods folder and that no conflicting PK3s are loaded. Hopefully future updates will improve compatibility between the two.

It just needs to be put in the JAEnhanced folder and renamed with ZZZZ in the filename to work properly, so the file is loaded last and overrides things in JAEnhanced, but that would only be a problem with the optional pk3s, as far as I know. Don't use the optional pk3s for JAEnhanced and there should be no conflicts.
