JKHub has weird stuttering behavior on Firefox

JKHub's logo has weird stuttering behavior on Firefox (v99.0.1), doesn't happen on Chromium based browsers whenever the mouse is moved.  See video:

I knew you were going to report this eventually! I was hoping you wouldn't notice. I also switched to Firefox recently and it's been driving me crazy. I'm unsure how to fix it so it may end up being disabled.

 

EDIT: I went ahead and disabled the pulsing glow in Firefox only. It looks too nice to remove from the other browsers.
