Porting a Lightsaber Model from Jedi Academy to Jedi Outcast

Since there's a lot of Lightsaber models for Jedi Academy now, some older Outcast players have been looking to bring some of them like Plasma's models to Jedi Outcast as HD replacements. Is there a tutorial on how to bring a lightsaber model from Jedi Academy to Jedi Outcast by any chance?

I’m pretty sure they just have to be added to the sabers.cfg file rather than have seperate .sab files for each. In SP you’d have to replace Kyle’s saber. It’s been awhile though, I could be wrong. Maybe there’s more you need to do.
