[WIP] first Head texture

something I've been working on today is this , still WIP as you might see

this is my first mostly-handpainted face texture so I was wondering any crits sofar ?

Also, just post up the texture map. Hard to crit it when it's on the model and shaded.

skin texture wise, it does seem realistic
