I havent done anything or putted any mod

As I can see that you were using a custom map, and that the walking animation is not the standard one from Jedi Academy, I assume that you have at least one mod located in the base folder.

 

Just list all the custom pk3s that are in your base folder, no matter how unimportant you think they may be.

It's an issue with vanilla SP. I don't think there's a way to fix it. I remember my game always had that issue.

There was a mod about saber stabbing with yellow style

I discovered/remembered the issue. It's an easy fix but if you ever want to use a custom animation mod, it will have to be fixed in that mod as well. Here's a pk3 to fix the issue:

Open the zip, copy the pk3, paste it in your base folder.
