Sorry for this topic but I like to know your opinion since my picture is pretty old,I don't even remember what app I use but the phone was Nokia 2690,very old cellphone,this time I want make a grey lightsaber.

If you're asking what the best program for making lightsaber effects in pictures is, then I can make a recommendation:

If you have GIMP, there's a filter you can get here. Put it in your scripts folder that's in your GIMP installation folder.

If you don't have GIMP, you can get it here.

Here's how it looks:

 

 

 

 

Of course, you can play around with the settings a bit, see what looks good. I used this to make my saber mod.
