I realize these must have been a pain to obtain on one's own, so here you go.

 

Took a bit of effort but I was able to get them, those contain every single one of Delta Squad's phrases and cries in-game.

A long time ago, I made some for my Call of the Republic mod that is now long gone. I believe that MBII/Peneke pack have some, though. Otherwise, you'll have to wait till I get home.

I think Republic commando soundpack was already done. Check MB2.

I only saw Boss, which is, from what I remember, my soundpack.
