Where can I find this swirly thing?

You all know this crosshair, right?

 

 

Basically the one telling the player there is something to use force on. Do you know where I can find the shader for it/the image files? Thanks!

Thanks a lot! Too bad I can't edit it. Everytime I try, it says "Requested feature was omitted at compile time" and crashes. Thanks!
