About This File
This is the improved version of the emperor palpatine´s skin. This skin is more realistic and detailed than the old one. Now It has full power cheat (unlimited power) for the lightnings in single player.
NPC: Emperor
Single player: Playermode emperor. Spawn: npc spawn emperor
I changed the playermodel to avoid conflicts.
