Finally managed to deadlift 210 kg. The summer is slowly approaching so I am going to need a diet to reduce calorie intake. I know, very advanced stuff...

  Sure it does! My knees get a constant workout.
  
  (I used to be 93KG but I popped out my knee and gained a shitload. Slowly getting rid of it though)
