i can't access the hooded and robed versions. why is this? please help

the hooded version doesn't show up in game. console commands don't work either, what can i do?

All i want from this mod are the sabers. is there a  saber pack with all of the sabers from this mod. cos i really just want the sabers from here, not the animation/stances or anything else. thx

How do you cycle through the different lightning effects or do you have to have specific files in the base folder and change the files around if you want different effects? Thanks.
