Okay, I just downloaded this earlier today on ModDB. Some weird coincidence that it gets posted here hours later.

it's the same map, both posted for me, this map was started with ChroniclesMod still alive and I promished in moddb to try to finish all started maps.this is the second one I finish after ChroniclesMod, but I have some ones more to finish, yet.

I'm guessing it's also based on SWBF2's Theed, as well?

No, it is based on the movie, this map was released in may of 2011, inside the Chronicles Mod:
